How do I get started?

To get started, visit our New Patient web page and sign up with us. You will then receive instructions for your local blood testing appointment and shortly afterward have a telephone consultation with one of our doctors. Please visit the Getting Started web page for more details.

How soon can I receive my personal supplements?

Typically, you will receive your supplements within 7-10 days

How do I know if my supplements are working?

A new set of supplements will typically evidence itself within 7-14 days, depending on supplement type and dosage. Longer term problems - such as high cholesterol - will naturally require a longer response time before significant effects can be seen.

Where do I get my bloodwork done?

Lab work can be completed at any LabCorp location. Visit www.labcorp.com to find the location nearest you.

Do I need to come in to see the doctor?

No, an in-person visit to the doctor's office is not required. The blood work analysis results and corresponding supplement prescription to match your body's needs can be provided by email and discussed by telephone.

Can I get additional doctor consultations as needed?

Yes, additional consultations are welcome as needed. A minimal fee may apply, depending on the length and nature of consultation.

How much does will my supplements cost?

Supplement pricing is provided on the Pricing Page. Your actual cost will depend on the supplements prescribed, but is typically less than the cost of a cup of your favorite coffee at Starbucks.

Can I get automatic refills?

Yes, these can be set up when you place any order so that the your personal supplement prescription is automatically refilled and delivered to your home.

Can I use my medical insurance to pay for any part of this?

Medical insurance often covers the cost of the blood test and doctor consultation, but generally does not cover the supplements. We will work with you to provide the necessary documentation for insurance filing.

Yes, this is a possibility and is exactly the reason we include a doctor consultation before beginning you supplement prescription.
